SINTEL Recrutement · www.sintel-recrutement.fr
Last updated: 26 October 2026

This English version is provided for information only. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

This policy explains which cookies and other trackers are used on the website www.sintel-recrutement.fr, what they are used for and how you can accept or refuse them. It supplements our privacy policy.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. Other trackers, such as your browser’s local storage, work in the same way. In this policy, the term “cookies” covers all of these trackers.

2. Your consent

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept, refuse or customise cookies. Refusing is as easy as accepting.

Audience measurement and advertising cookies are only placed once you have given your consent. You can change your choices at any time using the “Manage consent” button on the website.

Refusing these cookies does not prevent you from viewing job offers or applying.

3. Cookies used

3.1 Necessary cookies (no consent required)

These allow the website to work: they remember your cookie choices and display language, and ensure that the application and contact forms work properly.

3.2 Form security

The forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which distinguishes people from automated submissions (spam, bots). To do this, Google collects technical information (IP address, browser data, interactions with the page).

3.3 Audience measurement (with your consent)

Google Analytics tells us which pages and job offers are viewed, so that we can improve the website and our recruitment services.

3.4 Advertising (with your consent)

Google Ads allows us to measure the effectiveness of our adverts and to show SINTEL adverts to people who have visited the website, for example after viewing job offers.

Google Tag Manager is used to manage when the measurement and advertising tools are triggered. Depending on how Google’s Consent Mode is configured, technical signals without cookies may be sent when consent is refused, in particular to model audience and conversion statistics. These signals are not used to build individual retargeting audiences.

3.5 Links to social networks

The LinkedIn and X (Twitter) icons on the website are simple links: they do not place any cookies unless you click on them.

5. Retention periods

  • Your consent choices: 12 months. The banner is then shown to you again.
  • Audience measurement and advertising cookies: 13 months maximum.
  • Data associated with audience measurement and advertising is kept for periods appropriate to its purposes, in line with the retention settings of the services used and applicable regulations.

6. Managing cookies in your browser

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). However, blocking necessary cookies may prevent some features of the website from working, such as submitting your application.

7. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

The website is hosted in Amsterdam (Netherlands), within the European Economic Area (EEA). Data collected by Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google reCAPTCHA may be processed in the United States by Google, which is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, recognised by the European Commission.

8. Contact

For any question about cookies or your personal data, please write to privacy@sintelrh.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: www.cnil.fr.

9. Updates

This policy may change depending on the services used on the website or on the regulations. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
